Our first orchard remains the heart of Ranchos Dominguez. The ranch has its own water well, rocky, well-drained soils, and a natural slope to the southeast that gives it exceptional sun exposure. These conditions create an ideal environment for avocados to thrive.
Today, more than 32,000 trees grow here, including 24,000 GEM avocados alongside Hass. The home ranch is both the foundation of our story and a model for abundant, sustainable farming in the Santa Clara River Valley.
